Spencer was perfect. Our guests didn't leave the dance floor all night, and we had to kick them out at the end of the evening. It was the greatest dance party we've ever been to. We had some specific ideas about what we wanted to hear, but if you don't, he's a true professional who can read a crowd and will keep your guests happy and dancing.
Spectacular. Chefs Al and Patrick provided us with delicious food (our guests raved about everything), beautiful presentation and excellent customer service throughout the process, for an incredibly reasonable price. We were impressed with their professionalism and always felt as though our wedding was important to them. Of all the caterers we considered and met with, Chef Al was the only one we felt 100% enthusiastic about on all fronts, from selection to price to reputation. Highly recommended.
