Based on what our guests said, we obviously made a mistake by only booking one shuttle for everyone. He ran a bit behind when shuttling everyone and the shuttle was so crowded the breaks started squealing, but that was more our fault than theirs. Very friendly people with great service although it was a bit overpriced..even to extend the service for one hour.
Lisa was such a pleasure to work with but we were a bit disappointed that the color of the lights didn't match. We asked for a bright purple color and received some lavender and some fuscia colored lights that obviously didn't match. Again, not a big deal to anyone else but us, but I would definitely recommend them as they had to design everything via phone and email seeing that we lived 7 hours away!
We loved Rick at Music Masters! He kept up the tempo and got the crowd riled up! Was a little sad that we didn't get to do our 'first scoop' (we had an ice cream sundae bar rather than a cake) and didn't play the right song for the Anniversary dance (we discussed and agreed it would be my parents' song as they would be dancing for a while) but despite those two things that no one else noticed...he was a perfect fit! We told him we wanted an awesome party where everyone danced their behinds off..and he definitely hooked us up! Super sweet, well-mannered guy!
Very upset with Belhurst as our main attraction, Brusters, were shoved in a corner with no lighting and no formal announcement. We are SO sorry!! Todd and Diane and their daughter did such a fantastic job and are all around fabulous people!! Everyone loved the ice cream menus we created and loved how quickly they received their request. They deserved to get treated so much better than they were because they did AWESOME!!!! And such a great rate as well!!!
Can't say enough great things about Justin!! We hardly knew he was there as he quietly moved throughout the day/night with ease and confidence! Such a nice guy with a VERY quick turnaround! We had our montage back within days and our BEAUTIFULLY packaged DVD within 2 weeks! Loved his work and HIGHLY recommend him!
Awesome guy!! Super friendly and fit right into our crowd! We loved that he took a lot of candid photos...we aren't the type to pose for 3000 pictures. All around terrific experience!!
