I can't say enough about Juke Box Bandstand. Right from the start, the service was incredible. Here's one of my favorite examples of this: I wanted to use a specific song for our grand march, but I didn't know the name of it. Austin at Juke Box Bandstand heard about my dilemma through another one of my vendors and called me to offer his assistance figuring out the song's name! Talk about above and beyond! They also did an amazing job of matching me with one of their DJs based on what we were looking for.
This is the only vendor that I'd never use again and would never recommend. Chris was okay at first, but as soon as the contract was signed, it was a whole different story. Chris was pretty rude anytime we talked after that, and acted like I was wasting her time, unless we were discussing her payment. One day, we were playing phone tag to try and work out the final servings of cake we were going to have, and in each of her five correspondences she felt it necessary to remind me that my payment was due at the end of the week... like I was some kind of a deadbeat. And that's only the tip of the iceberg! Her cake was okay, but it was definitely not worth dealing with her! I've heard similar stories from quite a few other brides that worked with her as well.
