I can't say enough good stuff about Joe and his crew at Coastal Catering. The food was phenominal!!! All of my guests were blown away and a month later i still get compliments on the food. I got to keep all of the left overs too! I recommend the "day of" planning by Connie but not all of the "full" coordination services. She is very laid back but also keeps the vendors in line which was great. I just didn't get much use out of the pre-wedding coordination services.
The guys at Swing Bridge in Surf City were fantastic! The selection was the best on the island! They were a bit expensive on the bottled beer side but the wine was priced well. I HIGHLY recommend using them! They even deliver!
Michelle at Just Baked was very personable and had a lot of great ideas. Our cake was beautiful but wasn't exactly what we asked for. We wanted it to be square but it ended up being round. We changed the flavors a few weeks before the wedding and she ended up making our original flavors instead. The cake tasted fantastic and looked great but I knew (my guests didnt know!) it wasn't 100% what I asked for. So if you're really picky, don't go with Just Baked! you get what you pay for with this bakery :) I still get compliments on how great it tasted though :) I would recommend them though but only if you're laid back!
Wendy is fantastic! The flowers she created for us were soooo beautiful. She worked with our budget and really blew me away. I highly recommend her.
L&L had a great selection and were reasonably priced. We constantly added and removed items from our order and they never complained. Be forewarned that they will inspected every little piece of the rental items and will charge you for what doesn't come back perfect. I ended up buying 2 special order linens but i was OK with that since i can use them for future parties :)
