My flowers turned out amazing! My favorite part about Mary Ellen is that she has you come in a day or two before the wedding to see samples of each item of your flowers so you can make adjustments. I'm so glad I had this ability to tweak the design. She was very flexible because some of the flowers we had decided on were delayed in transportation due to the volcano, but she worked around it and made them stunning! Exactly what I wanted. My only complaint would be a fuzziness about pricing. I don't know if this was her fault or something all florists face, but we never reviewed the cost of the flower selection, only "I want this" and she told me what it would cost- in the end the value for cost was probably very high.
My only complaint is a lack of internet/email access. I would have like to send pictures online.
