There are no words to describe this guy. After everything I went trough with the other vendor who played me wrong the owner of this business, Gadiel, made Campeche Room at Hotel El Convento a dream come true. He did exactly what we want and give the extra mile helping us with other stuff we needed for the wedding. He decor La Catedral at Old San Juan and the reception venue. Hotel El Convento is one of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico and he knew exactly how to work with the old architecture it has (that I looooove!) and combined it with modern details. I had an idea of how the decoration was going to be, but when we were on the room’s door to enter for the presentation of the newly weds and that door opened it took my breath away, it was what we saw on the demonstration table plus more!!!!! His decoration tastes are exquisite!!!! It was like he knew me forever! He is very professional in was he is doing, always answered my calls and was very attentive to us, have a vendor who is really attentive and caring about their clients and what they want is very important to a bride and groom to be. I HIGHLY recommend SIOD for your wedding.
Really? You are approved by the Consumer Affairs Office from Puerto Rico and did not have any problems with the clients? So why don't you write on your profile that you own us a lot of money for breaking the contract you have with us a month after our wedding and you are hiding from us since November 2009 to avoid to pay what is ours and because of that you do have another fine on the Department of Consumer Affairs? These vendors have a LOT of fines on DACO (Puerto Rico Consumer's Affairs Office) and we are one of them. The owner of the place Jose del Valle treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, also was very rude with my wife. He did a terrible job with our centerpieces and when we told him to fix it he did not want to solve the problem and had the guts to ask for more money to resolve his mistake. He said that either we paid more money or we wait until the wedding to see the work that he can do. My wife and I called him tons of times to fix the problem and to have our money back and he was NOT able to resolve anything with us. He told us that he were NOT going to give back our money and invite my wife to go to DACO and place a fine. Afterwards he never answered our calls or emails and when we went to his business to talk to him, it was always closed. You can ask another vendors about this guy and his business and you will have LOTS of negative reviews; you can go to DACO and you will discover LOTS of fines against this business. If you are a responsible business like you say, do not hide from us and to the Department of Consumers Affairs that you know they are looking for you and you are hiding and give us our money back. We do not recommend this vendor to anyone. We had a nightmare trying to look for a vendor in the last minute because of the irresponsibility of Jose del Valle and as today, he had not contact us to give us our money back or has responded to the fine he has in DACO. There are a LOT of fine places with exquisite tastes and responsible people in Puerto Rico, do your research well and beware of these people

Working with Myrna Vega and her husband Mr. Ferrer, was an amazing experience. I got married at La Catedral at Old San Juan and Hotel El Convento at the beggining of 2010. They accompanied me all the way trough my house to the party and their work was very professional. Myrna was very attentive and responsive with me (and that is veeeeeryyy important for a bride to be, BELIEVE me!!!!). We spoke about what I like in a video and they did exactly what I wanted. I just received my video yesterday and WOOOW!!!!!!! I loooooved it!!! The music, the scenes and the way they edited it made me cry over and over again!!!! Can't stop watching it!!!!! Oh!! and to finish, a very important detail, the video scenes DID NOT SHAKE!!!!!!! Before signing with Ferrer Video I watched other demos and they look that an earthquake was taking place in the wedding, that's awfull. I definitively recommend Ferrer Video for your wedding videography girls!!! Thanks Myrna and Mr. Ferrer for make that special moment remarkable over the years!!!!
