The hotel was new and fine, but it was a bit far from our venue for guests.
They were very accommodating to our guests and had a great free breakfast (and free wifi) each day. However, they only let you have ~30-35 rooms and our wedding guests were much more than that.
We absolutely loved this church and the priest (Father Peffley) is absolutely wonderful. He really prepared us well and it was fun to go to lunch with him and get to know him. He has a lot of good advice and really takes the time to get to know his couples.
The Peredas are a great couple to work with and really had some creative poses for us to do. They know our venue well and they have shot at our church before too. Would definitely recommend them for any wedding. They even had to work with bad weather/rain on our wedding day! :)
I loved shopping at this dress store and they have beautiful gowns for reasonable prices. I went with a Pronovias gown and their on-site seamstress was really easy to work with. She even created a custom sweatheart neckline for me and worked with a complicated hemming job with several layers to my dress.
Heritage Hunt is by far the best venue we have ever seen in the Virginia area and their staff really makes your day special and easy. They took care of setting everything up and really took all the day-of stress off our shoulders. Susan is wonderful to work with and never complains. I couldn't imagine using another venue or feeling safer with another wedding sales executive.
