I had always wanted peonies and lavender in my wedding bouquet, but I ultimately ended up choosing lavender and dahlias, as dahlias were in season. My wedding was small, so I was only getting a bouquet for myself and my matron of honor. The dahlias they ended up getting were ruined, though, so I got peonies in my bouquet at not extra charge! I couldn't believe what wonderful customer service this adorable little shop had. It was an absolutely beautiful bouquet, and I got a lot of compliments on it from guests as well as a few random people that were visiting our venue at the time. I couldn't have been happier with our choice of florists.
This was the perfect place for a wedding; every picture turned out beautifully. We got a ton of compliments on the venue. My only complaint was that this was quite expensive for booking just one little space of grass and trees, and they charge extra for the chairs and set up.
We stayed here after the reception, and paid quite a bit for a room that didn't even include a continental breakfast. Considering that we didn't get to our room til 2 am, and had to check out before 10am, we paid for a shower and a bed. It wasn't worth it at all.
We put our photographer in the Sheraton just down the street, and I wish we would have stayed there instead.
Great food, wonderful setting, amazing service! I couldn't have asked for a better reception.
