I wouldn't tell anyone to have their wedding at this venue. This lady ruined my wedding day and didn't care. I rented out her place in April 2010 from Friday through Sunday til noon. Getting her weekend package I was told NO ONE would be there when I was(told on 3 sep. occassions). That was a lie. I got interrupted several times on Friday because she booked another event while I was having my dinner rehearsal. Saturday a hour before my wedding she has about 20-35 people show up and park in front of the ceremony site. It was her daughter, friends, friends family etc all walking around taking pictures. Not once did she come tell me that they would be there or did she say sorry. I had to ask her two days after the wedding because she was no where to be found! A damn hour before I get married are you kidding me?!? When I asked why she would do that to me that what did I do to deserve that she said it was her daughter and pretty much me as her client I didn't matter. Guess not huh? I mean what else would she be nice to me for she had already got her money from me. Worst experience and treatment in my life! We were promised that she would help set up on the day of the wedding. Guess what I got nothing I honestly think she is racist. My parents and family set up the chairs, and had to load off the tables from their truck etc. The rooms are horrible!! The water in the shower smells, it wouldn't heat up. My parents upgarded us to a different room on the wedding night that had a hot tub. I was so excited especially after a long day. When I went to take a bath the water would not get hot. I had it on full blast hot and all it got me was semi warm. I asked for a refund since this place cost about 3500+ when you get the weekend package and all I got offered was 200! After everything she put me and my family through I got nothing! I really think she was racist and that she doesn't give a shit about any one as long as they pay her. She acts so nice and once you give her the money she is a different person. How would she feel if someone did that to her daughter? She is all about money don't waste your time at this place. I could have got so much more and had the wedding of my dreams if I would have went somewhere else. I hope no one will get treated like this. No one deserves to be treated like crap on their wedding day. People wait their whole lives to have this special day and for it to be ruined and you treated like dirt is uncalled for. PLEASE RECONSIDER GETTING THIS PLACE IF YOUR LOOKING IN TO IT!! I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE AND I AM SURE SHE WILL SAY OTHERWISE BUT I HAVE SERVERAL WITNESS WHO SAW ALL THIS HAPPEN. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS DISASTER!
