Covenant Hall is a beautifully restored old church. It has gorgeous stained glass windows, creaky old wooden pews, a balcony, and an ancient huge pipe organ that will blow your socks off. It was a beautiful place to have our ceremony.
Giannilli's was not our first pick for our reception because it was about a 30 minute drive from our ceremony location. However, when our wedding day was over - looking back we were VERY glad we chose Giannilli's. They were fabulous - bent over backward to do anything we asked, and people are STILL talking about how good the food and the service was.
Our DJ rocked. I warned him that the group of people that were coming to our wedding weren't really the dancing type - and so I said "Don't be surprised if not many people get up to dance." Well, I was the one who ended up surprised - Dave got soo many people out onto the dance floor and kept the party rocking all night long. He was definitely an invaluable part of our wedding day.
Kristen was SPECTACULAR. I had never met her but had admired her work for several years and when I got engaged she was the first vendor I contacted. Her attitude and infectious excitement over my day blew me away from the very first time I contacted her and it carried all the way into the wedding day. When choosing a photographer, it is so important to choose someone that you connect with - they are going to be hanging out with you ALL day on the most IMPORTANT day of your life - so you better like them. Kristen is the most likeable person I've ever met - she blended right in with us and was kinda like a long lost best friend with a big fancy camera.
