This band is AWESOME and so much fun. They play mainly mo-town and funk. There are a lot of bands out there that play that genre of music. But, Silk-E-Smooth is different. They interacted with our crowd so well and can read the mood so well. They had the dance floor going the second everyone entered the room and it didn't stop for 3 hours.
My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that they were slightly unorganized. They told my planner for months that they could play the father-daughter dance song. 2 minutes before our dance, they informed my wedding planner that they did not in fact know the song. Luckily, my dad and I had picked out two songs. The party went on and we had a good time - but just make sure they really know your important songs.
Moss & Isaac went beyond anything I ever expected. The two photographers, CJ and Leigh Anna, had never even been to New Orleans to photograph - and they knew exactly what they were doing. They have a calming presence - which any bride would want on her wedding day - and made the groom okay with taking A LOT of pictures (which says a ton for my husband who hates pictures).
The final product is amazing. They got formal shots, casual shots, scenic French Quarter shots, dancing, singing...you name it. I LOVE MOSS & ISAAC!
