Tifany is amazing and SO incredibly talented. We asked her to create dozens of pieces for our wedding from the save the dates to the invitations to the programs to a custom ketubah piece to a custom tile piece representing the date of our engagement. She took all of it on and did an absolutely amazing job for us.
Groove Party was recommended to us by our Wedding Coordinator Misty Trompeter from Bells and Bliss. They were AMAZING! We had them play from our ceremony, through our cocktail hour and into the night and they had everyone dancing the entire day! We highly, highly recommend them. Our guests are STILL raving about what a great job they did.
My dad got us a (beautiful, blue) 54 Rolls for the day (I refer to it as my 'something blue). My dad and I rode in it to the ceremony and my husband and I rode in it from the ceremony to the cocktail hour/reception. Keith, the owner is incredibly professional and kind. This turned out to be one of my favorite memories/things from the day ... if you're thinking of an old car, do it! And call Keith. He'll take good care of you.
Kristen is a true, incredibly talented professional whose work, well .. it speaks for itself. Check out her blog: http://www.kristentaylorblog.com/
We had the wedding of our dreams and we could not have done it without Misty!! She worked tirelessly with us from the beginning of our planning process through the very end of our wedding weekend - she provided incredible vendor recommendations, direction and inspiration for unique wedding details and coordinated EVERYTHING in the weeks leading up to the wedding so my groom, my family and I could just relax and enjoy the celebration. She planned and orchestrated our rehearsal dinner, welcome cocktail party, in room favors and gifts, guest transportation, the ceremony decor, the reception decor, the band, the invitations, the floral details .. we truly couldn't have done it without her. (Well we could have, but not as well and having someone to play point that wedding weekend so we weren't bogged down with last minute details was truly invaluable)
We live in New York as do many of our family and friends. We choose the Perry Hotel for our Northern Michigan destination wedding because of its stunning views of Little Traverse Bay, the impeccable charm of the hotel and downtown area and the consummate level of attention, professionalism and genuine dedication the Perry staff showed us and our guests from the beginning through the very end of our wedding planning process. It is impossible to put into words the countless ways the Perry staff helped make our wedding the day of our dreams and one our guests will never forget. Sales Manager Angie Whitener worked tirelessly with us on every detail with the most enthusiastic can-do attitude, no matter how tall the order. Corporate Chef Gerald Gramzay having worked in popular NYC mainstays like Tavern on the Green prepared a wedding weekend menu beyond compare - showcasing the flavors of Northern MI with big city sophistication. We couldn't have selected a more perfect venue, not in Michigan, not anywhere!
