Worst limo experience ever! Limo driver showed up 1/2 hr late (making us 1/2 hr late to the ceremony!) got LOST on the way to the ceremony (did not have functioning GPS!!!) and was not courteous. To make matters worse I was promised a bigger limo than I got, was told that the limo was to be decorated in our colors, which it wasnt, was told there would be 2 bottles champagne and there was only one (not nearly enough for my large wedding party), and no red carpet service which was promised. THEN they tried to charge me for having the driver stay an extra half hour, since he was a half hour late and I paid for 3 hours, not 2 and a half. Lastly, as we were walking into the reception hall to be announced, he asked for payment!!! They had my credit card on file and were to charge it. After shuffling through my paperwork that he had (while we were WAITING to be announced as Mr. and Mrs.)he finally found my redit card info. AGGGHHH, don't let these people ruin your big day too.
