Holiday Inn at the Pyramids

Wow. If you haven't seen this place, you should go check it out! The inside has an amazing European courtyard feel. The ceilings are high with really pretty chandeliers. The pricing was based on a minimum food/beverage, which we had no problem meeting. They don’t have extra fees and their food was reasonably priced (much lower than most that we considered). No dance floor fee, no set up fees, no rental fees, no centerpiece fees, etc. We were able to have a cocktail upstairs in the rendezvous room and the reception in the large ballroom. Everything flowed smoothly and our guests were really impressed. They can hold large groups too (much more than most reception sites that we contacted). My favorite part was that Rachel works with you to plan every detail, it was like having a wedding planner without the excessive cost!

Lakeside Entertainment

I was truely AMAZED with our DJ. James really impressed us, and our guests. He was dressed for the part, and was a great emcee. He stuck to our no-play list, and played everything we wanted to hear at all the right timing. He was able to set up for both the cocktail hour and reception, with a smooth transition. Prompt response during planning. I would highly recommend Lakeside Entertainment.

Ada Photography

Both the groom and I have been in a few weddings as attendants, and one thing we've learned is that mean or crabby photographers can really kill the moments. That is why we chose Ada photography. Both Corey and Jackie are super nice, friendly and creative. I was impressed with all the shots they got during the ceremony, when I didn't even notice them taking the photos. These two went out of their way to exceed our expectations.

Classic Cakes

We chose classic cakes based on a recommendation from another bride. I thought they did a nice job. Their pricing was a little high.
