I liked that Ari is very straight-forward and offers a lot of different options for both budget conscious and high-end weddings. I was very impressed with Ari’s professionalism and knowledge. I have a lot of respect for him and would consider him very trustworthy. For my particular wedding date he had a reasonable conflict and went above and beyond to personally video my wedding anyway when most others would have backed out. I was really thankful. The work turned out to be amazing! He did a great job capturing our wedding day, we love our video, especially the “highlights” portion! He offers photography too.
Allison Barbera did an amazing job on my wedding makeup. I am a challenging case because of my Rosacea and early age damaged skin (35 years old). Allison did an awesome job and the makeup stayed perfect from noon until 3:15 am! I took advantage of a pre-wedding trial run but my bridesmaids were unable to. Even though Allison met them the day of the wedding they too had phenomenal results! Allison is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with (and fun!). Also, her prices were extremely reasonable considering she is based out of Newport, RI. I would highly recommend her to any bride!
Mitsi just opened a new salon in Middletown/Newport area. Mitsi Dupre did a wonderful job on my bridal hair. She was very nice and understood what I wanted for a hairstyle and pulled it off flawlessly. I would strongly recommend her to any bride.
I would not recommend hair services here. They are pretty pricy. None of my 6 bridesmaids liked their mani/pedi. I liked my massage and pedi but not my rehearsal dinner hairstyle.
Anthony was very energetic and fun and was extremely conscious of our play/do not play list. He could pronounce Italian, Nigerian, Polish, French, Greek, Irish, etc names without a problem!!
Diane Dorsey of Diane's Delectables is by far the BEST choice for a wedding cake vendor. Considering her talent for design, her countless flavor choices and her unbelievable prices I bet you will book her within minutes of meeting her…I did!
Christine’s Cottage Florist did a fabulous job with my wedding. Renee and Cat are both extremely creative and it is so obvious that they genuinely love their work. I received so much individualized personal attention while planning the flowers for my wedding. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous without breaking the bank!
I initially thought having a "middle man" for my buses and limos would make things easier but it made things harder...commmunication was poor.
Jennifer Neves is an unbelievably talented photographer. She has so much experience with brides and it is so obvious. Jen is very detail orientated regarding necessary photos, style preferences, etc. She is full of energy and creativity while she works. On my wedding day, I was amazed that it was actually Jen who was keeping the itinerary flowing better than anyone else involved! The photos were absolutely breathtaking, I was thrilled.
Alissa photographed our rehearsal dinner. Alissa’s work is really fabulous; she is a true artist. Her candid shots and detail shots were especially impressive. She offers videography too.
