Loved, loved, loved working with Cherie! We met with her a few times and she nailed what we wanted! The top two layers of our cake were styrofoam and no one could tell the difference. We did this to cut down the cost of the cake, but it also allowed us to have two sheet cakes in the kitchen of the reception site-- one caramel with buttercream frosting and one was a German chocolate cake. The bottom layer of our cake, which was the layer we cut, was vanilla with buttercream.
