Sacred Image Photography

Choosing a photographer was one of the most important selections I made in my wedding planning. I'd like to share my experience with Jaylene. Hopefully, it will give you one less decision to fret over, other then her availability on your special day :)

Before I had ever heard of Sacred Image Photography, I had viewed several websites and blogs, attended multiple bridal shows and talked with several photographers. I relentlessly thumbed through numerous wedding magazines in search of a photographer that exhibited "UNIQUENESS". I was given Jaylene's name and website from a vendor that I had visited. I checked out her site and was very intrigued with her talent in capturing movement, style, modernism and naturalness. Finding a photographers work you like is only half the quest. Equally important, is finding one that listens to your ideas, offers suggestions to make things better and one who has a clear understanding of your vision. Within 15 minutes of our first meeting, I knew I wanted Jaylene to be my photographer. She is very passionate about her work and has an eye for unique. She is super easy to work with and has the ability to set you at ease. The end result is stunning photographs.

When tears fill your eyes as you're viewing your wedding photos on line, you know you made the right decision. At that moment, I felt as if I were experiencing my wedding day all over. Jaylene has this ability in capturing your emotions of joy, elation, surprise, love, excitement, and playfulness with each image. Plus, you actually get to see things you missed because you were a nervous wreck!

One last thing I would like to share, speaks volumes for who Jaylene is and the pride she puts into her final product to make her client happy. For several weeks, we had been working on selecting photos for my bridal, boudoir and wedding albums. She knew I loved the color purple but we were having a bit of a challenge finding exactly what I wanted with the "album companies". I ended up choosing very different colors from my initial requests, yet very pretty options. Once in agreement with all the details, she began working her magic in designing the layouts. Right before she was ready to submit the orders, she contacted me and said she found a "new" album company that had exactly what I was looking for. She did mention the company's design specifications were different from our previous selections and she would need to start over, but would be happy to do so.

She is a perfectionist in her work and in pleasing her clients. Jaylene has my highest recommendation and not to mention, was my most favorite vendor to work with!

If you are in search of a local calligrapher, I would highly recommend Jennifer Taylor's services. She turned my simple wedding invitation into an elegant presentation. She has many calligraphy styles to choose from and is very reasonably priced. Her work is beautiful. I not only had her address my wedding invitations but also had her calligrpahy my table names and escort cards.
