Father Rich was a great officiant and pre-marriage counselor. He helped us deal with all of the stress wedding planning brings.
My family has used this florist for over 15 years so there was no question I'd hire them for the wedding. Mark is great, easy to work with, very flexible, even drove down to the ceremony site to get an idea of how the decor would work. He managed to get my favorite flower for my bouquet, even though anemones were out of season and hard to find. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The centerpieces were grabbed up fast when the party ended.
I ordered small macarons for the wedding favors, which were all eaten before the end of the reception. I was able to request specific flavors. My only complaint is that there was some discrepancy between the price I was quoted not including tax, but Financier sent me in the gift card for the amount of tax I paid.
DJ Colleen Crumbcake is fantastic; everybody loved the music. We had a non-traditional wedding with the music to match (no cheesy, typical wedding music). I danced all night!
Pamela and Stacey were delightful to work with. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns. The food at the wedding blew all of the guests away! Pamela functioned as a fantastic day-of-coordinator and actually helped calm me as the day flew by. I don't know when I will need a caterer again but I'm going straight to Pamela's.
We hired a party shuttle and a Rolls Royce for transporting the guests/bridal party and the bride, respectively, to and from the hotel and wedding. The drivers were very friendly, punctual, and didn't seem to mind my drunk friends' rowdiness.
Christina Rossomando is a very talented photographer. I can't remember her assistant's name but he was great too. The two of them kept the entire bridal party in line and laughing.
We hired the trio to play for an hour (before, during, and after the ceremony). They have a playlist on their website of the songs in their repertoire, a wide range considering the songs range from traditional wedding pieces to a song from Star Wars, which we used for our recessional. I paid a little extra to have a particular song as the processional, which brought tears to many eyes.
Todd Gukelberger and his assistant were great - professional but humorous, and kept in background. They appeared to be enjoying themselves, which made me happy.
The wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. We worked one-on-one with Lulu's to design the cake I wanted. It's a bit pricey but more than worth the money in my opinion.
