There was mix up where the cake flowers were delived to the wedding (20 miles away from the reception), but they made the cake look just a beautiful, and you would not have known there was a problem at all. Very elegent and painted the picture we wanted. Highly recommended.
I am not really sure if I can recommend them at this time. The food was great, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms were amazing, but there were many road blocks that left a bad taste in my mouth. I dealt with Carlotta Johnson, Sales Manager and had some great moments and not so great moments. She introduced me to the Coordinator (who was a major mistake). I am still negotiating with my bank on unauthorized charges the the sales office is blaming catering for. Either way, no refund yet and this is disappointing.
