We showed up a day before the wedding since we had rather small wedding and were not able to budget quotes we were getting from number of other places. They were very helpful, gave suggestions for what flowers and what arrangements to choose. I had really no clue, besides colour, what do with flowers and decoration, and they guided me through the whole process. All took only about an hour, and our bill was a bit under of our budget. Very satisfied, and flowers turned out beautiful in life and in pictures!
I reached out to Maria when desperately looking for a rehearsal venue shortly before the wedding. I had Rosa de Triana in mind (it's in OSJ), and was just looking for an opinion of somebody who's in the industry on how good that restaurant was. She not only gave her opinion, but went beyond and organised communication with the resturant,including writing up a contract, and helped choose the menu. All we had to do was to show up and enjoy great food! Her helpfullness and responsiveness were amazing, especially considering we were not able to offer her much business, really. I highly recommend her, no matter what level or amount of coordination you are looking for.
