We were initially nervous about ordering our wedding cake from a grocery store, but were overwhelmingly impressed from the tasting right up to the big day. The planning meeting was clear and helpful, the cake and frosting was divine (all real butter frosting), and our cake arrived on time and just as we had ordered it. They include an 8" first anniversary cake in the cost, so there's no messy freezing and defrosting.
We booked a room for a weekend here as a honeymoon suite, and on arrival learned they had upgraded us to a corner room with a stunning view. The staff was friendly, helpful, and discrete, and they clearly knew about the area as we asked for several restaurant recommendations and were thrilled with all of them. The location is fantastic and very ritzy; we loved having such a tasteful, quiet retreat in the midst of such a fun city.
