Kim is the lead hairdresser at Guru and she is great. My hair looked amazing, and she also kept an eye on the junior stylists who were doing my BM's hair. One BM ended up with a bit of a funky looking style, so Kim fixed it up because 1) she could see the BM wasn't happy and 2) Kim wasn't happy with it. Excellent service.
