Andi was great from our engagement pictures to our wedding pictures. A joy to work with and quality pictures.
Great guitar and DJing. Listened to what we wanted even for songs not in his library. Did the minimal amount of talking during the wedding. Everything went so smoothly!
LOVE Have Your Cake and love Maralyn!
After interviewing several cake bakers for our wedding, we went with Maralyn because she was friendly, had yummy cake, and had some interesting cake designs.
The number one thing that set her apart from our "runner up" is that she LISTENED to us. Having never designed a cake before, we came in with an idea of the general shape of the cake we wanted (round, tiered) and then a swatch of my dress and our save the date card. Maralyn sat with us and helped us brainstorm and sketch the design of our cake. We were very pleased! (Our second choice also had amazing cake but was more expensive and the person NEVER let us complete our thoughts. As a result, that person kept thinking she knew what we were talking about and then upping the price every time we "changed" -- i.e., clarified -- our vision!)
My husband and I were VERY pleased with the resulting cake. It was more beautiful than I had imagined. People are still telling me its some of the best cake they've ever had at a wedding!
Also, I asked Maralyn for a surprise groom's cake just one month before the wedding, which she did and it was SO cute! (Still waiting for pictures to add to the review!) GREAT attention to detail overall!
Great team with great communication and attention to detail. They helped us plan the wedding and the day of, I was able to put away my time line and rely on them to make sure everything went on as planned, which it did! The food was amazing, as were the details! Love Jane and Naomi!
We went to them for 4 lessons approximately 5 weeks before our wedding. Melanie was kind, patient, and a good teacher. She taught us a routine despite our lack of practicing.
Svenja's flower arrangements exceeded our expectations. They were absolutely breath taking and definitely the most unique and varying wedding flower arrangements I have ever seen. My bouquet was extremely beautiful and I wish I had saved it!
Larry was super friendly. He helped us find an altar arrangement at our church that was within our style and budget.
The ladies at Paper Source were helpful from our Save the Dates to our invitations to our table and place cards. They were super friendly and genuinely excited about paper and paper products! Now I am just looking for excuses to send invitations. :)
