Jack & Jamie Cappelletti have been such a pleasure to work with in creating the cake I had hoped to have for our wedding. I'm not even a big cake-person, but I loved their white-chocolate buttercream icing!! So much so, I ate the entire sample cupcake Jack handed me! HA Jamie and her creative genius is going to provide an elegant wedding cake for our reception based off a magazine photo I gave her, and I couldn't have been happier having them involved in our blessed day! Jamie worked with me on everything, and instead of white frosting/fondant with no taste...I had a white chocolate buttercream frosting that was simply delicious! Leftover wedding cake was served at my office during lunch on Monday. Two weeks later, I STILL had coworkers telling me how scrumptious it was and how much they loved it. Several said they wanted more but it was gone!
