What a horrible experience. 10 of our must play songs were never played. The sound volume was very low during the ceremony and they ruined our reception video...because we had to ask them to turn up the volume twice during the video. The minister was also upset about playing the wrong music during the ceremony. We have no idea where they came up with the music for the reception....we are very unhappy.
