Ultimate Bride seemed a little disorganized (possibly understaffed?) at times, not calling when dresses were in or waiting several days to get around to placing a call. We were on a time crunch otherwise this might not have mattered but it became a sticking point. I was having to check up on the status daily so that I could inform my bridesmaids rather than waiting 2/3/4 days for UB to call them. It was annoying. But everyone did get their dresses in hand and altered in time it was just something I didn't feel I should have been dealing with.
The staff was always nice which made it hard to get irritated but still...
We all did love the Jim Hjelm bridesmaid dresses!!
Samantha did our hair for the wedding. She was so sweet and capable and on time. She is now my regular hair person.
Awesome prices, great photos. Couldn't have happier with the final product. We also got a cd of all our pictures so no paying for expensive prints in order to get the pictures.
I worked with Rosalinda from Schnuck's and I have to say, she was a pleasure to interact with. She had great ideas and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The flowers at the reception were everything I expected and guests, to this day, routinely comment on their quality and arrangement. We also came about 10% under budget!!! A nice bonus.
Erica from Sarah's designed our cake. I brought (and emailed) her a bunch of my sketches trying to get onto paper what was in my head and she turned it into a masterpiece. She was attentive, patient, and excited to help. When I saw our cake at the wedding I loved it. It also tasted really really really really good.
I enjoyed every minute of working with Downtime Band. They were so helpful, quickly responded to emails, had de-stressing solutions and ideas, and the final product was as expected. Their performance at our reception was impeccable. Plus... their prices are great too! Really, I could not recommend them enough.
