Gary and his band were great!
I sent Gary a CD of how we wanted our First Dance song to be performed, which was very different to how they usually played it. We were very nervous as we had a choreographed routine and had been practising to the CD. We didn't need to worry as it sounded perfect!
Angela at Food Fanatics was so patient with my many menu reshuffles. When we finally met up with her a week before the wedding, we were relieved that she and her staff were very experienced in catering for large numbers. The presentation of the canapes and dinner was impeccable and cooked to perfection.
She even brought the leftovers over to the guesthouse which was a lovely touch!
I met up with Wade only a week before the wedding and requested a croquembouche on a base of carrot cake.
To the other cakemakers that I had made enquiries to, this was a major challenge, but for Wade, no problem at all.
The cake looked stunning and was a talking point all evening until the time came when we had to cut it.
Very professional service and gave good advice on choice of beverages to make available and quantities.
We wanted a reportage style photographer to capture lots of candid moments of the day. We hardly noticed her taking photos and just had fun. Such a lovely character and a very calming influence.
