Amy's Secret Garden (one Star)
I ordered a boquet for my uncles funeral. I called the shop to speak with an employ. I was aware they didn't have the blue iris available and they would substitute with delphinium. I posted pictures of what was sent and what was represented on their site. I paid for standard size which was pictured. What was delivered was embarassing. They put much fewer flowers in my boquet. I guess they didn't think I would see it. There was no arranging. I got a vase full of green palm and babys breath which wasn't even in the pictured boquet 6 roses and 2 closed small tiger lillies. Very disappointed. I called to resolve and Karina actually said she put more flowers in than the website picture. NOT True and would never use this florist again. There are too many good florist out there.
