Yum. We just love this place. A tad on the pricey side. But, we love it.
Not as good as I remember. And when we asked the waitress how much a drink was she said, "you're on vacation, you aren't suppose to worry about such things". Which I translate to the waitstaff here are a bunch of idiots who don't even know the menu. The food was just okay.
My sister recommended this online flower shop. They are just the best! I ordered a month in advance and changed my order twice and they still got it right, on time and even called to make sure they arrived in good condition. I was worried they'd be late so I ordered them a day earlier than needed and they were just a beautiful 3 days later as the 1st day.
Not a great wedding B&B to stay at. My husband only likes B&B's not hotels. And this place is definitely more of a hotel. It's not for older guests as the stairs don't all have hand rails on both sides. They didn't do ANYTHING for us in terms of our wedding. No champagne, no free room, no note. The rooms were nice. But there were cockroaches and termites everywhere near and in my parents suite.
This place is small but we love it. We stayed in their smallest cheapest room and they still greeted us with Champagne and souvenir glasses. The rooms are all clean and have a lot of Key West charm. They also have warm freshly baked cinnamon rolls every morning and a basket of bug sprays and suntan lotions for the guests to use.
Couldn't have been happier with them for our wedding reception. The food was amazing! The service top notch. And the drink menu was just perfect...I highly recommend the Mango Mojito.
Great! We were able to change up to the last minute whether we got the Conch Train or Trolley and they were right on time.
Kirsten Blount is just awful (never calls you back, never writes you back, faxes don't go through, no refunds, doesn't abide by her own contract and deliver everything) But everything else about this location was great. We got married in the most expensive location on 10-10-10 (r2) and it was gorgeous. My only advice to brides. It's quite sunny, make sure your photographer gets to view it before your big day so they can make sure all your photos don't come out to contrasty.
