We worked with Bill Bowen and he was FANTASTIC! The dance floor was never empty, which is exactly what we wanted! He read the crowd and respected our "do not play list." I would absolutely recommend this company!
Kelly was the floral designer assigned to our wedding and we couldnt be happier. She was easy to work with and had fantastic ideas. She worked with our budget and also helped set up the other centerpieces at our reception. The bridesmaids (and bride) LOVED the bouquets - everything was gorgeous!
Is it possible to give negative stars? This company disappointed us completely. The air conditioning didnt work in the limo bus (on an 80 degree August day) and they advertisted that the limo bus would hold 20 people - we had 20 people and 4 had to stand. We were smushed and hot. Not fun at all!
To top it off, I received an email from an AOL representative saying that the driver complained we didnt tip him enough! I'm sorry but a tip is a TIP and I'm not required to give any certain amount. If I wasnt satistifed, I didnt have to tip him at all - it wasnt in our contract. If they want to guarantee their drivers a certain amount, they need to put it in their contracts and then it cant be called a tip.
Would NOT recommend at all!
We LOVED working with Terry and her assistant Jamie. They were professional and fun to work with. Terry is incredibly talented and we cant wait to see the pictures from the wedding. Our engagement photos turned out so well we couldnt decide which ones to use!
We have been so satisfied working with Platinum Photography and will definitely use them in the future when we start a family.
All of the groomsmen had a great experience except one - he is smaller than the average guy and when he went to pick up his tux, it didnt fit at all. They had taken his measurements prior when he ordered the tux but the pants were too short, the jacket didnt button, and the shirt was huge.
Thankfully, they were able to alter the tux on the spot and it only took about a half hour. I'm so glad he tried it on that day!
Other than this, it was a pleasure to work with Mens Warehouse
