Although a little on the pricey side, their cake is absolutely delicious. The frosty is not too sweet, the cake is incredibly moist and our mousse filling was fantastic. We ended up choosing a buttercream frosting, marble cake, and rasberry mousse. We can't wait to taste it again on our first anniversary.
Sarah Trotter was wonderful to work with. She helped us plan our wedding from Wisconsin and it turned out fantastic. She was easy to work with and went out of her way to make things run smoothly on my day even though there was a giant snow storm the day before. I used her full planning service and felt she was worth every penny.
My husband was in charge of choosing the music. The DJ did a nice job but didn't play very many requests from out guests and didn't play a ton from our lists. And our evening was pretty much done around 10 since most guests had left.
I got her name from visiting The Knot because she created affordable and beautiful arrangements. I gave her pictures of what things I liked and didn't like. I was a little worried not seeing anything before the wedding but I was completely blown away. Everything was beautiful. I especially loved my bouquet and all the centerpieces. I highly recommend her if you want an affordable florist.
Julie and Cathi were our stylists. They set up shop in my mom's master bedroom. I didn't have time for a trial before the wedding and appreciated Julie's efforts to get my french twist just perfect. I got the airbrush foundation and it stayed throughout the whole day without the need for touch ups. Very affordable as well and will come to whatever location you need them too.
I have only seen our preview pictures thus far but they are fantastic. Jessica was easy to work with and was very unintrusive during the ceremony. If you would like to take a peek at our pictures check out her blog in december archives under Jon and Julia.
