The dj barely played any of the music we had discussed, no music during our bouquet toss, the volume was incredibly low (even after several requests by the bride, mother of the bride and telling the coordinator herself that it was too low) and the dj/emcee even barked orders at the guests as to when they could shower the bride and groom with the rose petals.
The coordinator, Nandy, did not follow the bride's requests for the couple's departure, overcharged the couple for the guests, was difficult to deal with when it came to deciding on table numbers as well as table decor (she seemed to have her own ideas and was quite pushy when it came to making several decisions).
