So nice! Great selection! If they don't have what you want they can always get it for you, and probably at a better price than the other store. I am so glad we bought my ring from there.
So nice! We didn't have a single problem. They promptly return emails and are extremely nice on the phone. We added items several times and they never seemed annoyed.
So much better than going to the mall! It's definitely worth it for your big day. More than one person can have their makeup done a one time so it's much quicker than the mall. Also, their makeup is quite reasonable so you can buy some for touch-ups later that day. My pictures from here were great! You pretty much get the whole salon so we had snacks and drinks while we were there. They were extremely accommodating and I really enjoyed my time there. My bridesmaids and mom also loved it!
My china is amazing! The owner spent more than an hour with me while I picked out my entire registry. It's all local stuff, too, which I love.
LOVE THEM! Our first dance was an absolute hit. We did the West Coast Swing to a Michael Jackson song. It was great because it was something my fiance could pick out and it definitely set the mood for a fun party.
Chattanooga Dance Sport is an amazing place. They are super nice and accommodating. At one point they even let me bring in my dress and make sure I could dance in it.
I do NOT recommend this vendor. My only advice if you do choose them is to actually put the number of flowers in each centerpiece on the order. Be specific in every single way and MAKE SURE someone is there on your day to ensure that your order is complete. I still don't feel like I received what I paid for with this vendor.
Of course, my coordinator, Foxy Events, was there when I made my order, had a copy of the order, and still didn't catch any of Grafe's mistakes.
This is the worst part...on my wedding day they were very flustered during the set up and Ms. Grafe said it was because they had FORGOTTEN about a wedding they had on Signal Mountain on the same day.
This venue is great because you can really plan your own wedding. There isn't a list of required vendors to choose from and the tables and chairs are included. The only problem is that the tables are VERY odd sizes and almost all of them only seat 4 or 6 people. Most weddings have tables that seat 8 or 10 so people have an easier time mingling. Also, it's a huge pain to try and order linens because NO linen company has linens to fit these tables. You have to order them big and let them drape on the floor.
Also, after months of planning to have the dance floor in a certain room the owner told me 3 months before the wedding that I was not allowed to have the dance floor there. That was not in the contract.
He rarely returns emails, he doesn't answer all of my questions, and made me a nervous wreck to have him at the wedding because of my problems with him prior to the wedding.
He promised to do a monogram on the dance floor to make up for the awful months up to the wedding. Well, he forgot! Then it was too late to order a monogram that worked. I never got an apology.
Do NOT use this vendor.
Do not recommend this vendor. Blue Plate quoted me $12/plate for the same menu that Four Bridges charged $30/plate. I chose Four Bridges because of the service and presentation. Both the service and presentation weren't just bad...they were NOT what I ordered and were below the acceptable level. They threw away ALL of my leftovers after I specifically said I wanted ALL of my leftovers. Thirty people didn't come even though they RSVPed so there should have been about $1000 worth of food left, at least. So a $1,000 ended up in the trash.
The servers drank at my reception, probably left the beer mugs on the porch, and my mother had to pay the rental store for those lost mugs. After I complained the owner didn't even reimburse me for these.
The set up was wrong and because of the wrong set up my guests were confused and stood in long lines.
