We had an overall good experience with the travel agent. She found out what we really wanted in a honeymoon and suggested destinations that would fit our personalities. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything as she booked our flights, made our hotel/condo reservations, and car rental. However, I would warn you to ask about any fees related with any services you receive from any travel agent. We found out once we got to Maui that we were going to be charged $25 a day for our car rental because we were not over the age of 25. This was not communicated with us at the time of our booking and was an unexpected expense. Overall, we had a great experience and would use Susie Davis again.
They made sure everything was taken care of for the day. It was like having an event coordinator there! They made sure everything ran on time and spoke to the caterers, etc. Amazing service!
Susan made sure to understand who we were and what exactly we wanted for our weddding cake and was able to add both of our personalities to make a beautiful cake that everyone loved!
They made our wedding beautiful! They meet with you atleast twice to understand what you are looking for and you personality. Whatever you want or need, they make it happen.
Randy was amazing! He captured so many important moments of our day. He was with us for 8 hours and we got hundreds of proofs. We are still trying to decide which ones to get because they are all so amazing. The good thing is they allow you to purchase a CD with all of your proofs and you can print them as you wish.
The food was amazing and everyone loved it. They have so many choices.
The location is beautiful for an outside wedding. There is a beautiful lake with a fountain surrounded by trees. If you have your ceremony there you must hold your reception there as well. They exclusively use Barrack's Catering with does an awesome job. However it can be costly and if you are on a strict budget it may be too expensive. Also, if you plan on having a large wedding it may be troublesome as well. They have a 200 guest min. on the weekends for events but only supply 100 chairs for the ceremony. Additional chairs must be rented for $2 a chair, which can add up. If you plan for an outdoor wedding at Ravina and the weather turns out bad, as it did for our wedding, they will move everything inside and help you to make everything as perfect as possible. We did have some trouble in the beginning as they had turnover and people leaving and then coming back. Communication was difficult as we talked to one person, they left, had to tell everything to another, and then they left, and then refresh the original person as she then returned to her position. Overall, they are very nice people.
