The staff were very helpful and friendly, but I had a terrible experience with my alterations. The seamstress did a terrible job with my hem and zipper, I never could have worn it and had to have it all re-done somewhere elce. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety worrying about it. I was just lucky to find someone very talented to help me fix it

Dave was very friendly and did a great job. Our experience dealing with him was very positive and professional. He took the time to do a test drive of our entire route, so that he was prepared. He was super!!

Adria and all of the staff at Rosser Reeves were super friendly and helpful. We found both of our wedding bands there, and were very happy with the price after shopping around at several other stores.

We were very disappointed with our DJ, he messed didn't play the correct entrance song for my husband and I, and also wasn't sure what to do for our snowball bridal party dance or anniversary dance. We felt embarrassed that our DJ was so unprofessional.

Connie was very pleasant, as well as the banquet manager Penny. We were disappointed with the quality of the food, which is huge when you're spending that much money on a meal!

Our wedding cake was the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. It was a Martha Stewart cake, so I was trying not to expect it to be as perfect...but it was!! They totally exceeded my expectation, and everyone just loved the cake, it was delicious! We also got pastries which were a hit!

Our invitations were beautiful letterpress. We found the ordering online process a bit of a hassle, and felt a bit disappointed. The colour they turned out was different than what I expected. For being a small company I didn't feel like she appreciated our business, and was hard to communicate with.

Rick & Justin Merlo were extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right tux. We didn't know where to start, and they help steer us in the right direction. The staff are very pleasant, and we only had one shirt out of 11 that was the wrong size, and they fixed it!!
