Lori was really great to work with and our flowers looked great! She knows what's in season and what flowers come in what colors. Have an idea of what you want before hand, things can get overwhelming here! Most flowers are shipped in, not grown here, so just know that some things might not be available.
We went to Music Villa for a sound system since Montana Party Rentals was booked for the day. Our order got messed up and they weren't on the ball at all. Unfortunately, there aren't many places to rent from in the area.
Jill at MPR was amazingly helpful, as was the rest of her staff. She even put side notes in our order that were legible and called us about them before the wedding (i.e. we asked for early drop-off and got it!). She knows the area really well and was able to make suggestions to help us use our site to the fullest.
Kathi Coyle and her staff were extremely helpful and professional. She doesn't have a website and really only works by word of mouth, but she's been catering for 25 years. We talked to different restaurants and caterers that had websites, since we were planning from Oregon, and had little luck. Bozeman is pretty small and doesn't have many options, but if you know people in the area, we recommend you ask around and look for someone like Kathi, because she wasn't burnt out, had time to work with us, and was reasonably priced.
