I was not impressed with Ellynne Bridal. They were nice as I was shopping, but once I had ordered my dress and given them my money, the service was gone. They hardly ever answer their phone and my bridesmaids has so many problems with ordering their dresses that we finally cancelled the order and went somewhere else. Ellynne Bridal has beautiful dresses, but I would not recommend.
Beautiful dresses but very, very poor customer service. Rude and unhelpful employees. Would not recommend at all.
