Chef Myles was supposed to arrive to reception site by 10:30am. From 9am until noon he was a no call-no show. We called him over 40 times on his cell and he never answered. The ceremony was supposed to start at noon but ran late because as I was getting my dress on I got the call and frantically called restaurants to see who could deliver ASAP. He finally showed up after the ceremony started and the quality of food and presentation/set up was embarrassing. I've been warning anyone I could about this guy to spare another bride the tears (and ruined make-up) he caused me.
The cake was beautiful and I received the most compliments about it. Donna was a little strange and actually insulted me to my wedding planner and often told 2 stories when communicating to me and the planner. She had to be told upon delivery/set up where to place the roses to make it look best which I thought was odd but I'm glad my planner was there to instruct her.
Veronica was FANTASTIC!!! Could'nt have asked for better. She is is extremely nice and listens to what you want...and delivers! I would recommend to anyone.
She was nice but had bad communication skills and in the end tried to charge me for another hour because she decided to arrive early. She was paid and booked from 11am til 1pm but arrived at 10:30 or so and at 12:45 she wanted payment for another hour. Beward of the contracts she sends as she doesnt state the start and end times which make me think she tries this scam often. She told my planner that she was mad she wasnt invited to the reception and was angry that I didnt attend services with her at her church. Very odd.
