Darci and Chris were great. Don't be fooled by the modern decor, Darci can make your hair and makeup look like a fresh spring bride. Chris made my mom look 10 years younger with a fresh hairstyle.
If you have the time and energy to print your own invites, this is the way to go.
I can't really rate Brian yet, as we have not received our photos yet. He took a lot of pictures and was not afraid to get on the muddy ground to get the best shots. I expect them to be great.
DBG went above and beyond to make our day special. It rained all day and they offered to move us indoors. They filled mud holes on the path where I walked down the aisle. They gave us extra heaters to keep us warm outside in the evening. This is a great beautiful place to have a wedding.
Troy was a relaxed person to meet with and took our every wish into consideration. We had many compliments on our lovely ceremony.
Our guests loved the cactus jelly! It went perfectly with our venue. Great pricing.
Tamara delivered the most beautiful unique bouquets for the wedding. They matched the garden (succulents), our Indian honeymoon (lotus pods) and our colors, green and orange (orange lilies)
They did it all! Set-up, tear down, decorating and attending to our and our guests every need. The food was excellent. Heidi was respectful of our budget.
Desert Botanical Garden requires that you use them for the alcohol if you have your reception there. It was expensive, but the drinks were strong and our bartender was a delight.
Rani was amazing! He brought a Flamenco dancer as a surprise for us. He also brought his guitar and trumpet player to play during the wedding and reception. He incorporated many of our selected songs with his own style of jazzy world music. Don't hire him if you want the chicken dance or other cheesy music. He is not that kind of DJ, which was exactly what we wanted for our wedding.
