For a sit down dinner catered by the hottest, most up and coming restaurant in Louisville, Proof on Main with stood an exceptional price rate (no more than most buffet caterers I've known friend's to hire) and delivered an exquisite meal our friends and family still talk about.
David was PERFECT! He knew what I wanted even when I had no idea how it would all come together. He was sweet and interesting and personable. I highly recommend him!
They were absolutely perfect! They even created a one-of-a-kind grooms cakes that looked better than any comparable photos we saw online, and a custom pumpkin flavor that was delicious!
