This venue was the best decision I made next to saying yes. All of my dreams came true, the management and wedding planner treated me like a princess. The food was perfect (our menue was not traditional AT ALL), MY CAKE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! I would do it over and over and over again here. I loved my Holiday Inn wedding =)
We only used Bella Sposa for the Tuxedos - but the staff was amazing. I wish every day I had bought my dress from them. I loved the owner, she got my vision, she made our men handsome. Best customer service ever! I loved them so much I had them steam my dress just so I could give them more business. Great great great Boutique!
Jo Ann made all my dreams come true. Everything thing I had in my head, she turned into flowers. I could not have been more pleased!
I have had the worst experience with this company. My photographer was great, very fun, but missed several photos I asked specifically for. The owner/customer service is minimal to put it nicely. I have sent 6 emails in the last month and a half trying to find out when I will get my photos and left 3 messages - none have been answered. I have never been treated so crappily ever by a company I hired.
