We ended up with a younger DJ and he did an awful job setting the mood with our guests. Was not experienced in speaking with a large group, his assistant played the wrong music, the photo booth wasn't working for the first hour. Had we had the person we wanted (the manager) - I'm sure the job would have been done properly.
Gave the owner a picture of a cake - said he could replicate it (it was a simple design). When he dropped off the cake, he dropped off the ugliest wedding cake ever, put his business cards on all the tables and left. Luckily, my BMs were able to peel off the weird looking design he put on the cake and at least it tasted good. I had the cards removed asap. It's best to order something he's already made - he can't follow instructions!
Wonderful service, they were quick and did an amazing job on everyone. I would highly recommend!!
