We got a great deal, but when spirit had their strike, they were not very accomidating, we couldn't switch our carrier, get a refund on our tickets. We had to just wait and hope that everything was resolved. Thank goodness it was.
We had a great time, they were willing to do almost anything for us. We didn't have to set up anything. Only complaint was we had 300 people and they only had one buffet...it took over an hour for ppl to get through the line..also, we cut the cake right away when we got there, and I thought they were going to slice it then so that it wold be ready for people once dinner was over, and they waited, so then after dinner, people had to wait around for cake, also, they told me the salad was 'mixed greens', and it was iceburg...that upset me a little

My dress was beautiful...they were great with everything! Alterations were a little high, and they made you pay 100% before they did any alterations...didn't like that very well, but they did a beauitful job and were very accomodating.
Pictures were beautiful...we had a wonderful day with them, very friendly, will be having them do our pictures for years to come!
Beautiful flowers as usual! Loved them! The only thing was they forgot to put vases on the head table for our boquets, and they forgot to make me a toss boquet...luckly one of the bridesmaids donated hers!
Would definately recommend! He pretty much did everything I asked, and stuck to the schedule I gave him. It was perfect!
