The event planner they have was very difficult to work with. We did a butler sytle cocktail party reception, which she had never done before. Very resistant to our ideas and decorations. It didn't seem as though her concern was to make us happy. It felt more like we were asking her permission to do what we wanted.....which she mostly said no to. Lots of food was left over, which we were not allowed to keep. A couple people mentioned that the buffet at their restaurant the next day looked exactly like the food that was served at our reception....including holes in the meat from the skewers. We would not use R&D in the future. The food was very good though.
