Kittlebergers did a great job with the flowers for the tables and the bouques and corsages for the wedding party! They even delivered so all I had to do was pick out what I wanted and they did the rest!
Great service at first, met with us on a Saturday as we live in Albany and were getting married in Rochester. We worked out a package that was more than we budgeted for but all you have left is the pictures right! Our photographer, Jim, was great, he even provided a copy of the marriage poem to be read during the ceremony when I couldn't find my copy. The pictures turned out pretty well, a lot of people making weird faces and pictures of people while they are talking, about half turned out good, a quarter turned out great...
Now Alwyn is not so easy to get a hold of, they just changed owners as the previous owners just retired and they moved to a new location, so that may be it, but I had to call 3 times before I got a call back and they are no longer willing to meet with me on a Saturday. The 4 stars is more for the photographer than the company
We used a Town Justice (aka Justice of the Peace everywhere else) It took me a while to find one using the internet, especially since I was looking for Justice of the Peace, but I found a great one out of Irondequiot. Judge Keely Costello, he did a wonderful job and is willing to ajust the ceremony to fit what you want
We rented a great condo on Cape Hatteras in Hatteras Village. It was right on the ocean, fully furnished and very comfortable. We had a great time just relaxing. Our favorite outing was to Roanoke Island - the aquarium and the Elizabethan Gardens
We got our cakes from Wegmans - great tasting cakes at a very reasonable price. Vanilla with Raspberry filling! Yum! We had a three tiered stand and got three round cakes for the pretty cake and then a sheet cake for the guests.
We got a jazz trio from the Eastman School of Music and they were fabulous. Exactly what we were looking for. Just visit the website for the school and got to the gigmaster link. Just make sure your musicians know exactly where the event location is as most of the students are not Rochester Natives!
Got exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price. Great customer service, crew came earlier than expected to set everything up and were great about putting everything exactly where I wanted it.
Food was great! Small discrepancy about final payment, so get every detail in writing so nothing is forgotten or mixed up with other clients, but other than that it was a pleasure to work with Jason and I would recommend him to anyone.
