Because the bride's engagement ring is a vintage piece, the wedding band had to be custom made. We love how it turned out but were disappointed that they didn't do it the way we requested. The finished product is beautiful but not what we originally wanted. It was also much more expensive than what he originally quoted.
(We were customers at the Moorhead, MN store.) Not only did they deliberately order a smaller size tux for the father of the bride two months before the wedding and not tell us until two days before the wedding, but the groom's tux jacket was three sizes too big. It was like a blanket draped over him. Overall, dealing with them was a TERRIBLE experience.
We ordered the dress in July and were told to call the first part of February. When we did, they told us to call back in March. Did that and they said call back the first week of April. The dress was still not in when we called on April 4 but arrived by the middle of the month, which is a good thing since the wedding was in May and the bride is 6'4" tall and cant buy a dress off the rack. The dress was designed by Rand Evans and received rave reviews by all. We had some alterations mix-ups as well, but everyone worked hard to make it right and we couldn't be happier with the bridesmaid dresses!

Jacobson Studio always takes supurb photos that will last for generations. They do traditional and contemporary photography styles and are very easy to work with. They've been in the business for a long time and know how to make everybody look good.
Janell, Mark and all their staff went above and beyond to make all our food requests better then we imagined. They even got us raspberry swirl ice cream!

Caleb runs a full-service design and printing studio, but because he's always busy, things are sometimes late. Like our envelopes for our invitations. We also had twice as many printed as we needed. The products turned out beautifully though. And he even ordered in custom paper for us.
