The back office was amazingly helpful and is great at making you feel that your every need will be taken care of. However, when the day actually comes...it doesn't turn out that way at all. The DJ will do what they think is best versus what the client (the bride and groom) has asked for.

And if you have any conerns or bad reviews to report back to the company -- they are not receptive at all. In the end...what does it matter to them, they already have your money.
