Rhoda made us a gorgeous hand-painted silk chuppah. She spent time talking to us and listening to our ideas, and created a beautiful and personalized work of art. We have it proudly displayed in our dining room for all to see. We really appreciate having such a special and heartfelt memento from our wedding day!
Michael was terrific to work with, and our guests reported that he was everywhere taking photos. He prefers to take candids, and needs specific direction on group shots. We received our photos within a few weeks.
Our wedding was on a Sunday afternoon, and most salons charge double on Sundays. Bridgit from New Image not only kept the cost very reasonable, but came to my hotel room for no additional charge! My updo stayed completely solid through the whole ceremony, reception and dancing. The only drawback was that I specifically wanted a front part, which didn't materialize. But I probably could have made this happen by doing a full trial run-through instead of just a sit-down conversation.
We didn’t want anything super expensive or extravagant, and EB Dolby was willing to brainstorm within our budget. The centerpieces were simple and lovely, and the bouquets and corsages were gorgeous. They even threw in some extra flowers for the wedding cake at the request of the baker. The only drawback is that they’re not great about returning phone calls and emails – you have to stay on top of them.
Duo Fusion was absolutely wonderful. We had general ideas for classical music selections; Joe offered specific suggestions which worked out brilliantly. The music itself was gorgeous; we had many musicians at our wedding and they raved about the beauty of the music. As added bonus, they were gracious enough to accompany a choir of our friends during a short piece. They exceeded our expectations in every way!!
Wow – they went above and beyond the call of duty. After contacting endless other caterers, Cindi & David gamely took on a Kosher BBQ for our dinner. They had never done anything like this before and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!! The food was delicious and the creativity was amazing! We had chicken satay, burgers, wings, couscous, pasta salad, Asian slaw. Cindi paid incredible attention to detail and made a camp dining hall look like an elegant fantasy. They are true culinary professionals. Trust them with anything!!
