Would rate her a 6 out of 5 stars if I could. She was absolutely amazing. Her rates were the most affordable by far. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Had worked with all my vendors before. Had great recommendations for other vendors. Flowers were amazing, better than expected. Couldn't be more happy with her. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Cake was delicious and very beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and had envisioned. Very happy with cake and friendly staff. Cake was included as part of reception price so can't common on price, but was very happy with cake and staff.
Did a great job. Professional and fun. Kept the party going. Very affordable. You get more than your moneys worth. Would definitely recommend.
She was amazing. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and very helpful. She had great ideas and was very thorough. She was truly a life saver and stopped a few potential day of disasters.
Limo was great and they were the most affordable for a transfer. Only place that could guarantee to pick me us up at the ceremony and drop us off at the reception without charging an arm and a leg. Unfortunately they showed up 15 minutes late, forgot to bring the champagne, and the limo bottomed out when we were leaving the church so we all had to get out and it made us 20-30 minutes late to the reception.
Actual quality of materials and end product was great. We very interested at first, but when we went back to finalize contract the prices changed without notice. Felt like we were getting overcharged and extra fees were being added on at the end. Women working there became rude and unhelpful. Michael DaSilva, from Island Palms, stepped in as mediator and helped us get a fair price. Would not work with them unless you work through your reception location. Would not work with them directly again.
Pictures turned out beautiful. Some pictures from reception looked they were right out of a movie. Very affordable. Jacqui really worked with our budget. Only complaints were that we were not directed well with certain key pictures and she did not get to all the pictures I requested and had specifically asked for. However she made a slideshow of the pictures that I absolutely loved and was blown away by. Would definitely use her again.
