Jaime was so thorough and detailed. He had a plan down to the minute and if we were off on time it wasn't a big deal. He simply went to our coordinator and asked what we should do next. We had some games planned throughout the evening which we thought would be fun, but when it came time for the game the dance floor was packed and he asked if I wanted to still do the game...I took one look around and said forget it! Everyone had a blast and are still talking about how much fun they had.
We used Paul at Vim and his assistant Clint. Such a freaking fun group - everyone at VIM! This is by far my favorite vendor!!! We did engagement bridals and wedding with Paul. It did take them over my 30 days after the event to get me my wedding photos, but they are still absolutely awesome!
I have to start by saying my wedding was beautiful, the decor was beautiful and the flowers were amazing! My ONLY reason for giving a bad rating is this was just not the right florist for ME. The first time I met with Junior I went with my wedding coordinator and he gave me a terrific deal b/c of the wedding coordinator and the work they do together. The 2nd time we met was very close to the wedding and we had way more to accomplish than we had time for. My final payment was due that day and we still didn't have stuff finalized. I wasn't a bride that had a total vision. I knew the colors and the style I wanted as well as the type of flowers I liked and didn't want. Other than that I could care less. I wanted someone to show me pictures and create a vision based on what I had given them. This is not their style right out of the gate...I believe they are used to brides who know exactly what they want and will pay whatever it costs for it. He was so concerned about me pin spotting my floral arrangements so they showed up in the room. I could have cared less!! If you want beautiful arrangements and you know just what you want(you can take pictures to show) then this is your vendor. If you want someone to create the vision for you...go elsewhere.
I know the girl here from when we were growing up which is why I went to them in the first place - other than they were on my wedding coordinators preferred vendor list. Such a pleasure to work with. She showed us some sample videos, gave us a great price and we booked. She also did a photo montage for us which was absolutely awesome! She sent us a fed ex label, we mailed our pictures, she scanned them and created our dvd to the songs we chose. She also drove from Ft. Worth to meet us to make sure we had our dvd 2 days early. We also got all the scanned pictures back on a file disc so we can use them to put on facebook or print out online, etc.
